We are located on 40 acres of beautiful land, featuring 9 unique rental cottages, open year-round. Rent one, a couple, or all nine as we have the perfect venue for family reunions and get-togethers. A 30' x 70' newly built heated outdoor pool, fire pits, picnic tables, basketball court, tetherball, sand volleyball, and a sandbox for little ones to play, are all available for use during the summer. Our blacktop driveways are perfect for biking, scooters, and skateboards too.
DollyBrook is centrally located, roughly 7 miles from Saugatuck and Fennville - 14 miles north of South Haven and 18 miles south of Holland. Public beach access to Lake Michigan is just a quick drive since we're only 1.5 miles inland. The closest beaches are Pier Cove and West Side County Park — Both are easy drives! Map our location
